Controller and information collected
Vector Cachecore, Level 6, 54 Wireless Road, Bangkok 10330, is the data controller. We collect contact details and the training preferences you submit, booking and payment records supplied during registration, correspondence, accessibility or dietary requests you choose to share, and limited technical logs needed to secure the site. We do not request brokerage credentials or account balances.
Purpose and lawful basis
We use information to answer enquiries, administer training, issue invoices, meet legal obligations, protect the site, and—with consent—measure site use or send requested updates. Bases include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests in operating a secure training practice, and consent where required.
Sharing, transfers, and retention
Necessary information may be handled by email, hosting, accounting, and payment providers under appropriate safeguards. A provider may process data outside Thailand; we use contractual and organisational safeguards required by applicable law. Enquiries are normally deleted after 24 months, training and tax records after the legally required period, and optional analytics according to the cookie notice.
Your rights
Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.
