Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

Public workshops

Cancel by email at least 14 calendar days before the first day for a full fee refund. From 7 to 13 days, choose a 50% refund or one transfer to another listed date. With fewer than 7 days, the fee is non-refundable, but another eligible attendee may take your place if details are supplied before the session.

No-shows and partial attendance are non-refundable. If we cancel, choose a full refund or transfer. If we materially change the date or delivery mode and you do not accept it, a full refund is available.

Clinics and private groups

Clinics may be rescheduled once without charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later cancellation and no-shows are non-refundable. A group-booking deposit is refundable within seven days of payment unless custom preparation has begun; after that, documented preparation and purchased venue or material costs are deducted.

Where a private session is cancelled 14 days ahead, fees above non-recoverable costs are refunded. Work already delivered, completed written notes, custom chart preparation, purchased materials, and third-party venue charges are not refundable.

Process and timing

Email contact@vector-cachecore.digital with the booking name, session, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days; banks may take longer to display them. We may make fair exceptions for documented emergencies and will not restrict rights that Thai consumer law requires.
