Acceptance and educational scope

By using this site or booking training, you accept these terms. Our workshops, clinics, articles, worksheets, and discussions provide general education in technical analysis and risk management. They are not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice; no content is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an instrument. Markets can produce losses beyond expectations.

Registration and conduct

A place is confirmed only after written acceptance and cleared payment. Participants must provide accurate contact details, respect other attendees, and must not record a session without consent. We may remove disruptive conduct without refund where proportionate.

Intellectual property

Vector Cachecore owns its original text, chart exercises, teaching sequence, and worksheets. A participant may use supplied materials personally but may not reproduce, resell, publish, or teach from them without written permission. Market data and third-party material remain their owners’ property.

Availability and liability

We may replace a facilitator, move a session online by agreement, or cancel where illness, building closure, or events beyond reasonable control prevent delivery. Remedies follow our refund policy. To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for trading decisions, market losses, indirect loss, or reliance on educational examples. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, after the parties first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute by written discussion. Questions may be sent to contact@vector-cachecore.digital.
